| "Really good service from day 1 to checking out. Really polite and kind staff willing to help out in planning my itiniery.
Pretty Okay room but cleanliness is lacking. There was even a cockroach in my room. But at least they were prompt in coming to clear it in the middle of the night around 3am. Air-con probably not working, either that it is just hot due to 38degrees celsius of heat in the mid of summer.
Location is quite alright. Close to train station, Taipei Arena is just across the road, Taipei 101 is just slightly above 100NT of taxi fare.
Overall, the hotel is nice and cosy but i'll probably not stay there again." |

| "Feels like old and no changes lately. I was dissapointed especially for the breakfast, where food was cold and coffee awfull.
Quite clean place and some employee certanly tried their best. I think management should someway renew the place" |

| "Great place to stay, excellent for the price. Very close to the MRT line (brown one which goes to taipei zoo) and easily accessible for wheelchairs (the korean and italian paralympic teams were both staying there). Staff were lovely and overall we had a very pleasant stay." |

| "I'd like to recommend this hotel to all of you who want to visit Taipei.
Location is not at the shopping centre but still convenient by taxi, example, 10~15 mins to SOGO, 12 mins to Xi Men Tin...etc.
If you want to try Karaoke in Taipei, it's only take 5 mins walking distance.
Besides, the room is really big. I have been there for twice and I lived in a 3 beds room. Good comment for it!" |
