Very spacious, elegant, and well-contained! Very comfy bed, personal hot & cold water dispenser... plus a well furnished bathroom! & nice neighbourhood too! Only thing got to walk quite a bit to the raohe night market & the mrt... but Wufenpu is really right behind e hotel, great for wu fen pu lovers! great service, but they sometimes clear away rubbish that are stuff i still want! hahaha, a misunderstanding. & a little smoky.. coz of other people's smoking...

"The hotel is situated in front of a busy street. The room size is alright for 2. Most importan the bedroom and bathroom is clean. The service counter is good. They are polite and efficient. I enjoyed the simple breakfast. It is just like home cook meal. They are a number of shops cater for breakfast and it also looks great. The street towards the 'metro' have many eating outlets and convience store. The hotel is right behind plenty of small shops. You may be able to discover many great stuffs from the shop. For those who loves to try out your clothes, many of the shops does not provided fitting areas. The cons of the hotel that they provided an adult channel that are not suitable for viewing for children and even adult. I have requested them to tune off the channel in both of our booking rooms and they have gladly obliged. It would be great as they remove that channel entirely as I don't think it provided any added value to the hotel. The hotel is not near the 'metro'. It requires about 20 mins slow walk, but they are many shops to keep you busy. "

"It was quite tough locating the hotel - blink and you'll miss it. We were expecting to see either a stand-alone building, or a bigger entrance but what we came across was literally a hole-in-the-wall. The entrance to the hotel is a lift lobby located in a non-descript building along the perimeters of Wufenpu, so do keep your eyes out for it. You'll have to take the lift to the second level to get to the lift lobby. For travelers with loads of luggage, you'll probably need to make 2 or more trips, as the lift is small. After getting over the shock of seeing such a small hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the great service provided by the receptionist. She was friendly and knew well in advanced that we had booked a room, and was also great in providing directions to the nearest MRT station (which, unfortunately, is about a 15 minute walk away). The rooms are clean and looks to be newly renovated. Kudos to the hydrotub in the toilet - totally unexpected, and great for relaxing after a rough day of shopping and eating! Altogether, I would say that this is one of the nicer 3-star hotels that I've stayed in. The service is friendly and efficient, and the rooms are clean and spacious (maybe that's because we got a triple room). The only downside is that it's located quite far from the nearest train station. I would most likely stay here again if I'm travelling on budget."

"Great location! It's 10 min walk from Houshanpi MRT station and 5 min walk from Songshan Train station (good if you travel out of Taipei City for day trips). Wufenpu Night market is just round the corner (2mins walk) but personally I do not find their price super cheap. Some shops only sell wholesale and will not entertain you if you want to buy just one piece. Staff from the hotel are friendly and helpful if you need information. One point to note is that the hotel does not allow late checkouts (if your flight is in the evening). But you can still leave your luggage with them and retrieve them when you are ready to depart for airport. If you want to take a cab to the hotel from the airport, it costs around NTD 1300. I understand that the hotel can arrange for one at NTD 1000, so do check with them. There is another branch at Ximending area (which is more convenient and central), though I'm not too sure if the price is the same as this one in Songshan. "

"Good Located! Wu Fen Pu fashion wholesales area just a stone throw away. And near to rail train & metro station. Friendly & helpful staff too. There's few branches under this Hotel, might want to try the one near Ximen next time."
