| "the hotel was advertised as being the closest to the airport, however, there are now more hotels closer to the airport and holiday hotel is situated in the center as time has gone. information requires to be updated.
The hotel supplied a bus to the airport which was handy and saved on cost of a taxi. overall service was good, clean rooms and nice for a one or two night stay.

"Stayed at this hotel due to free shuttle bus service to/ from teh airport as I have an early morning flight. Its pity there is no closest hotel near by Tao Yuan airport. I have no choice to choose this hotel as this was the only hotel that provide shuttle bus service to the airport. The room are spacious, but the air conditioning are too noisy and the room is smelly. Furnitures are abit out dated too."

"This hotel showed its age and the location is farther from the International Airport than others in Taoyuan. The room was adequate and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location, however, meant longer transit to the airport. We checked out at 0745 hrs to take the 0750 hrs airport shuttle but it did not show up until 0815 and we finally arrived at the airport at 0900 hrs. IMHO, the slightly higher price of other Taoyuan hotels is worth the reduction in transit time to and from the hotel. After all, if time was not a factor, we would have stayed in downtown Taipei."

"The hotel is old, and the decor and furnitures are terribly out-dated. It is also unhygienic to place the electric flask in the bathroom. Although the location is near many local eateries and a short bus ride to the train station, I will most probably not stay in this hotel again as the place looks gloomy and the facilities are not great. Definitely not value for money."

"Although we have only stayed one night, we did not have too much chance to check the rest of facilities in the hotel , but one thing I really appreciate is the shuttle service the hotel provided to the airport. I saw their staff hop on the bus at the airport stop and make sure the customers who should take off at the right terminal getting off at the right one and asked the driver be sure to pick up some customers later at the airport too. The driver sent us to the airport found local route to the airport to avoid the heavy traffic jam was also a very wise move to get some customers to the airport in time. Not too many other hotel in Taipei provide such shuttle services. "

"I selected this hotel as it was closer to the airport (20 minutes) than hotels in the centre of Taipei allowing me to make my early flight in good time. I was able to check in early and got the king-size bed I requested. The hotel has a pool and provides a free shuttle service to the airport thus saving me money on taxi fares.Breakfast was not included but there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Staff spoke English and were mostly friendly and helpful. Cable TV (100 channels) also appreciated! I would stay at this hotel again if I have another stopover in Taiwan."
