| "Please note: I did not actually use your call center, but there was no way to indicate that the item listed wasn't something I experienced. I've made my Tokyo reservations through you several times now--and the reservations always work and take away the hassle of calculating time differences and making phone calls from abroad. My requests have always been met (room size, non-smoking preference, etc.) I'll doubtless go on booking through you and am glad that you are out there 24/7 to help with travel needs." |

| "This website is good. However, I think there's still something can be improved. One thing is the confirmation of booking. I cann't get the validity of the hotel when I was browsing your site. For example, I selected one, waiting 24hours, then I get the email telling me there's no room available and have to find another hotel, wait for another 24hours again! That's wasting of time. " |
