| "I have been very happy dealing the Asia Rooms, the only suggestion I would like to make is that if a hotel is not available with the type of room asked for (Standard room) that it is checked automatically for an upgraded type of room & the price is also quoted when getting back to the client. At this point this does not happen and you might find that the client would accept the upgraded room.
