| "We did not have to use the call centre but bookings were easy, hotel information accurate, replies were prompt. One hotel address was supplied in Japanese characters which was very useful to show the taxi driver. We would use the service again, thanks" |

| "I have used Asiarooms on several occasions now, and your services only get better. The customer service and quick return time to booking requests are excellent.
I have never had occasion to use the call center. The only possible change I would like to see is more listings of places to stay in the budget to mid-range category." |

| "asiarooms is the best, i was a bit hesitant at first and when we arrived in bangkok, it was in the back of my mind( i hope they accept this certificate), on arrival at our hotel, the triple two silom, our voucher was accepted and we were shown to our room. every detail on our order request was seen to and the room was beautiful,with two kissing swans made out of towels laid out on the bed,with scatterd red rose petals all over them. absolutley sensational! we have recommended asiarooms to all of our freinds and family,we will not hesitate in using this service again.
