| "Use them! We booked the cheapest deals for some very nice Japan hotels. Loved being able to read previous reviews. Would be good if the information in feedback/reviews was more directed or specific (ie: indicate age of hotel, cleanliness of hotel amenities, bed comfort, room & ensuite presentation (new/clean/dated etc). One the hotels we had NOT booked thru asiarooms was tasteless, with a very stale-smoky reception area, filthy lift and dirty furniture in the room...

| "Website is easy to explore, web pages download very fast, provides all relevant details about the hotel, competitive room rates. A very useful feature is the 'customer review for the hotel' section which helps to choose the hotel.
Sugggestions: Instant booking feature is not stable doesnot appear consistently, it should be potentiated. Online help to attend the query is very quick but at times the answers are incomplete or irrelevant.
Overall we are very satisfied with Asia rooms and will be using this site in future also." |
