I have booked hotel rooms through asiarooms many times using the website and have been very impressed with the service. I have never used the call center so am unable to comment on that. I look forward to using asiarooms the next time I need to book a hotel. Thank you.

"AsiaRooms was recommended by one of my friends. And should admit that the content & service did not disappoint me. With a detailed listing of range of hotels in countries, it's always worth retaining them in your bookmark.
Only thing though, is that instead of requesting for multiple feedbacks (first about the Hotel & a separate email on the website itself, etc), it makes logical sense to request them all at one go. Hope you'll look into this aspect.
