This is my first time going on a trip and I found AsiaRooms after reading raves about it from a forum. After sourcing around a few sites, I found that AsiaRooms offer a better deal than other sites in general.
And although the hotel of my choice had no instant confirmation, I enquired anyway and got a reply from AsiaRooms within 2 working days ~ I appreciate the efficiency level.
Overall I'm pleased with AsiaRooms for it's prompt response, easy navigation, competitive price and detailed information available on the site. :)

| "Did not use call centre b/c didn't need to. All info required was on website. Any queries were answered via e-mail extremely promptly. Very impressed with reservation, confirmation and invoicing arrangements and immediate customer feedback! I wish booking arrangements etc were this easy everywhere! Job well done!!" |
