I have been very happy dealing the Asia Rooms, the only suggestion I would like to make is that if a hotel is not available with the type of room asked for (Standard room) that it is checked automatically for an upgraded type of room & the price is also quoted when getting back to the client. At this point this does not happen and you might find that the client would accept the upgraded room.

| "Did not use call centre b/c didn't need to. All info required was on website. Any queries were answered via e-mail extremely promptly. Very impressed with reservation, confirmation and invoicing arrangements and immediate customer feedback! I wish booking arrangements etc were this easy everywhere! Job well done!!" |
