When i asked to changed the check-in guest list, the response is on time & cleared. I will use Asiaroom for my next trip.

We never use the call center that why i had no advice and i didn't give rate
i would suggest that at the booking we could have possibility to ask for smoking or not bedroom, the type of beds (double or twin) especially when you book a triple because you have a child
