i have booking with your company for at least 2 years now and you have the lowest prices for hotels.
The only thing I was not happy was that I would be charged a fee if i cancelled 24 hours before arrival. If this policy can be changed would be really great.

| "Did not use call centre b/c didn't need to. All info required was on website. Any queries were answered via e-mail extremely promptly. Very impressed with reservation, confirmation and invoicing arrangements and immediate customer feedback! I wish booking arrangements etc were this easy everywhere! Job well done!!" |
