This is the first time I have used Asia Rooms, and I found the 'online' experience excellent. It is very easy to navigate around the web site,find out what other people thought of the various hotels, and simple to make a booking and pay. I will make AsiaRooms my first port of call when I travel again to Asia.

"Did not use call centre b/c didn't need to. All info required was on website. Any queries were answered via e-mail extremely promptly. Very impressed with reservation, confirmation and invoicing arrangements and immediate customer feedback! I wish booking arrangements etc were this easy everywhere! Job well done!!"
