| "Did not use call centre b/c didn't need to. All info required was on website. Any queries were answered via e-mail extremely promptly. Very impressed with reservation, confirmation and invoicing arrangements and immediate customer feedback! I wish booking arrangements etc were this easy everywhere! Job well done!!" |
