"I booked through AsiaRooms about a week before departing UK. Being my first visit to Thailand, i took my time in selecting a hotel that i might like. On selection, i made a mistake in booking. One is always wary when booking online, but in this case i need not have worried. Asia Rooms picked up on my mistake & with easy access via a couple of quick phone calls the mistake was rectified. I plan to visit Thailand again & would have no hesitation in booking though Asia Rooms again. Thank you Asia."

"I was very apprehensive about our booking as it was my first experience at booking on line. I was worried about something going wrong with the booking, getting to Bali and not having a room, or a price change in room rates, but those worries were allayed. My only concern was not one of our requests was granted when we arrived. I requested 3 double bed rooms, together, groundfloor, poolside. When we arrived and I asked where our rooms are, we were upstairs!!! after explaining that one of our group had a very bad knee, we got ground floor rooms, not double beds and not together and poolside. It would have been better if our group could have been together. However, a great time was had by all. Thank you. Your email reminders and booking voucher made my stress ease."

"The overall experience with Asiarooms.com is good. Basic function without any complicated steps for me to book the rooms. Some suggestion that Asiarooms can have rewards point for regulars customer. Special 1 time discount rate for customer who book more then 1 rooms. Maybe for those on honeymoon can have special arrangements. "

"I booked through your website, your response was instant, and everything went smoothly regarding our stay in Saigon. Thank you for emailing me regarding the time I would be checking in at the Elios, but unfortunately we were in Singapore and I didn't check my emails whilst there. What I booked is what I got. There seems to be some comments on the feed back site regarding facilities in the room, that differ from what we got. Ie. We did have bottled water supplied, there were tea making facilities in the room, we had a king and a queen size bed, and there was a 'do not disturb' sign in the room. Is this because we were in a de-luxe room. Anyway, overall we had a very pleasant stay, thank you for the efficient way you handled my booking, and I would certainly recommend your company. "

"excellent user friendly website, service was wonderful and most efficient, I had a double booking due to my computer froze but they were able to take care of it very "surprisingly" quick and hustle free, 100% trustworthy company to deal with, my trip went smooth sailing, I definitely recommend booking through AsiaRooms.com and I will use it again myself on my next travel plans."
