"Simple, efficient and effective! I use the service of AsiaRooms to book rooms for our family as well as other guests. Suggestion for AsiaRooms to start a "Frequent Users Feature" similar to Frequent Travellers in most airlines. I believe that it will be more attractive to use AsiaRooms services ahead of others. "Asiarooms website is user-friendly, informative. The selection of hotels is very comprehensive and all the information is there to make an informed decision about accommodation. One can also gain a lot of background information from past customers' comments about their experiences. The data is crystal clear and the website is very easy to navigate. The call centre is also excellent - nothing is a bother to them. Easy to amend a booking or to cancel (for a small fee). The accuracy of the data gives the customer peace of mind - what you see, is what you get!"
