| "The room was quite spacy and clean with a nice riverview.
It looks just like in the pictures, but only those photographed areas look like this. The rest of the hotel seems to be old and quite run down especially the stairway. The staff is friendly and tries to help; mainly asian guest, especially from Japan. At the lobby some information is provided about hotel facilities and dinner cruise, but only in Thai/Japanese language. Breakfast and buffet in the restaurant are ok. Hotel has no pool. It is ok for a one night stay, but would not stay longer." |

| "I was disappointed when I stayed there. There is water boiler but no coffee & tea was prepared for guests. Water boiler was also not in good condition. THE TOWEL WAS SO SMELLY. I think it's not worth for the money that I paid for deluxe room here!" |

| "Room/Size. The room and its size was ok. However, the furniyure seemed to be not the one as shown on the website. It looked like the room refurbishment was not ready but the room was already in use!
As recommended from another commet on this website, I booked a room facing the river. This room was very noisy as well from a banqueting function in the Banqueting hall!
Bathroom: Again ,the room was not completed and the mirror was temporary. There were also not shower courtain which resulted in a flooded bacthroom!
Facilities: Not sure why the hotel is called Resort as there is no swimming pool or any leisure facilities. Hotel is a conference hotel but not a Resort at all.
Location is OK with easy access to the city and the temples.
Service was very poor for Thai standards.
Cleanlyness: Probably one of the dirtiest hotels in THailand. Tables at Lunch time were very dirty from Breakfast and room was not cleaned at all during our 2 nights stay!
Overall, the hotel was very badly managed. For example, all dirty linen was picked up from the main entrance of the hotel
I would only recommend this hotel to guests who want to ofrganze a cheap event as the prices in the hotel are very low.
However, do not expect a resort hotel or eaven a proper bar!
We will definately not stay at this hotel again." |

| "I was surprised not to find a swimming pool at the hotel too. Overall I found the place to be quite clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The river front dining area is a great place to sit and have a beer. Breakfast was a tad ordinary and if you are a light sleeper the trains may disturb your sleep a bit but overall it was a pleasant place to stay." |

| "I had booked the hotel because the bedroom picture looked stylish and our children like a swimming pool. It was therefore a disappointment that the swimming pool was not (yet) in use. If I would have known that, I would have made reservations for the Krung Sri hotel that I usually book.
The staff were friendly, but they hardly spoke English and most of them did not leave a professional impression.
It was handy that we had two interconnecting rooms - ideal with children. However, the rooms and especially the bathrooms were not clean as the floors and taps were dirty. The rooms seemed also not ready yet: there were no bedlights on the bed stands, the wardrobe was bare, without drawers or a shelves, just for hanging clothes, no sticker on the phone saying how to call reception or room service or house keeping, no menu, a fridge with bottles of beer but no beer opener, coffee making facilities but no tea bags, nowhere to put the used soap in the bathroom and so on.
The room itself was quite small, or maybe it seemed like that because darker colours had been used. I liked the colour scheme, but it did not do much for making the room seem spacier. Even so there was a corner in which a lazy chair could have been placed. As it was now, there was just a decrepid straight mint green desk chair to sit in, or the bed. A bit claustrophobic.
After ordering lunch in the restaurant it took almost forty minutes for a sandwich to be delivered.
The corridors look a bit like a factory with concrete floors, and a small, ugly lift.
The gardens around the hotel are not yet finished, which makes for a barren drive way leading up to the hotel, except on the back, where there is a cute, small outdoor place overlooking the river.
The breakfast space is beautifully decorated.
The lay out of the hotel is strange, as it is impossible to drive right in front of the front door so the bellboy can help with taking luggage out. Now all had to be dragged from the parking lot, after I had to go inside to fetch someone. Not such a big deal, but also not that a great or logical service.
It was not quite clear where the lobby was; one would expect it in the middle of the generous hall, but it was kind of hidden at the side. Now the central hall remained kind of barren, and one wondered what the use of it was.
The staff excused themselves by saying the hotel was only open for five months... I thought by myself that is quite a long time after all, and one would expect a bit more progress. It left the impression the hotel had opened a tad too early. That does not matter, but I feel it should have been mentioned on the web site.
The location did not bother us, as we had a car. However, to walk from the hotel to the historical sites is quite a schlepp, so one would need to take tuk tuks in that case.
If the cleaning gets better, the hotel staff more professional and the hotel, including the swimming pool, is finished, this might after all make for a nice family hotel.
