"out of the 5 rooms I booked 3 of the rooms are infected by bed bugs My sister got bitten by them No compensation by the hotel"

"I love Bangkok City Inn! Location is awesome, near Platinum and Big C. Kinda opposite Central World. Room is not very small too. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast is yummy too. Overall, if you are going for a shopping trip, and won't be in the hotel except for sleep at night, you can definitely choose this hotel!"

"Strategic hotel location but suggest ladies traveler not to walk around the hotel anytime after mid-night as the area is dark. The hotel does not have hair dryer, suggest to bring it along when you really need it. Funny smell of the room but I can still live with it. Overall it's a good budget hotel, and hope they will improve the hotel cleanliness."

"The Staff in Bangkok City Inn are very friendly. We make friends with them. The breakfast there was nt too bad,the best thing about bangkok city inn is that it is super accessible, convenience to travel to all the big shopping malls.I will love to go back there again for my next holiday bkk trip.."

The location is perfect. Very short walk to every shops and markeds. The rooms are ok for a couple of days stay, but nothing more. The breakfast was no good. The price for this hotel are too expensive for what it has to offer. In my opinion when you order room on the internet the price for a standard room should be about 900 bath.
