Comments:

My overall assessment of the hotel is very positive as you can derive from the ratings. A few minor points open for improvement are the following: - the command of English of the personnel at the ground floor I find a bit poor; - I think somewhat more tourist information could be made available in the hotel; - I thought that Internet use was quite expensive (would have been normal five years ago, but today ..) - range of items in the minibar was a bit limited; - breakfast hours from 7-11 would have suited me better than 6-10.
