"The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were ALL wonderfully helpful, especially the two lovely girls in the Business Centre. The hotel is next to a large shopping mall which travellers are not familial with because of its location out of town. This makes it slightly cheaper shopping, especially in the department store. To get to the Skytrain or into the city it is necessary to take the hotal shuttle bus or a taxi (not expensive. Next time I would stay on the river within walking distance of the Skytrain, which, by the way is a wonderful asset to the city."

"Good location next to the mall. Great Thai friendly service. Stayed here before and would do so again. Comfortable bed and bedding. Nice breakfast buffet."

"Stayed 2 nights on 14th floor in Deluxe room. Impressive and good-quality hotel that is very close (5 minute walk) to a large shopping mall and the famous Chatuchak Market / Garden (less than 5 minute taxi ride from mall for around 50 baht). Friendly staff. Rooms clean and free from odours, good amenities. Bed absolutely wonderful - if you like soft-as-clouds beds. Very good value for money. Did not try in-hotel facilities, so can not comment on this."
