"Excellent housekeeping and reception staff. Very prompt and polite. . But your travel desk lady spoiled everything Extremely rude and charged us much more than the required price. Even refused to give us her phone no.Gave us incomplete information and the drivers she hired for us were incompetent and thugs especilly the one given to us on the second day. We were promised a drop to the airport from Pattaya but the driver had no clue about it and started troubling us. I feel a good hotel like yours can do with a better and more cheerful travel desk person. She ruined our holiday for us therefore i might never visit your hotel again."

"While the entrance lobby, restaurant area and public areas were modern and welcoming, the corridors and rooms were poor, old and loooked very "tired" . I had requested a superior room but did not get it. The room I found very small and poorly furnished. The rooms etc. need modernising."

"You should not say you have a swimming pool. The pool is smaller then my bath tub."

"It was the worse hotel I have stayed in, in Thailand. The first room I was given was tiny, to use the shower you had to sit on the toilet! The bathroom was tiny. When I complained the staff said they considered the room substandard but it was the type of room they were told to offer internet bookings. The second room offered was a little larger, but the room was small and had no windows. I had to pay 300 baht per night to get an upgrade just to get an average hotel room. The toilet paper, shampoo, etc was a once only offer. The two bottles of complimentary water all other thailand hotels had provided were not available. I have booked with asiarooms before and always got good rooms. it is my belief that these rooms should not be on their site."
