"suggest an inclusion in wroiteup for hotel that it directly across the street from the Rutnin Eye Clinic. Many people with eye problems will use thus hotel because it is within walking distance of the clinic and is very good value. Restaurant is also very good value with quick room service"

"The location is great. The room is unbelievably clean and comfy. the bed is very big, love it!! it is near the MRT, just 2 mins walk. Unfortunately, they don't have pools. I think the hotel will be more interesting with pools. But there is one thing that bothered me, the nights staff was very snob and unhelpful. The front office girl quite rude and made us upset with how she treated guest."

"The location of this hotel is near to MRT station which is really good. I had difficulties in looking for food near the hotel. Need to go to SOI 23 (15 mins walking from hotel) to get the Thai food which i discovered on the last day of my stay. You can also get foot massage for 100 bhat at SOI 23. Hotel staff are friendly but not too familiar with places and how to get there. The rooms are not as impresive as how you see in the internet but its not too bad either. "

"The Hotel was quite good but the room we had was in a separate building and had no elevator access. Stairs only. The room was a good size and nicely furnished. The hotel is a bit far from Sukumvhit Road ad the BTS and MRT station. We found it quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful to us. All in all it was good value for money. "

"I was expecting a clean 4 star hotel. But the service and facilities provided reminded a 2 star hotel. Corridor to our room was full of rubbish and cleaner’s things. I didn’t enjoy my staying at this hotel. Old bathroom was dirty. Breakfast got few choices. The worst hotel for the price I have paid. My ratting of 1 as this is close to the station and bellboy was helpful"

Comments:

Good Points: 1.The staff were all very helpful and friendly.Very personalised service 2.Nice and cosy place with BTS station a stone throw away. The station is easily access to all major shoppings and places of interest. 3.value for money 4.very clean 5. decor - very zen and modern 6. great english TV programmmes Bad Points: 1. The heater was hot for one minute and cold for another 2. Air-conditioning in the room was too cold - unable to adjust the temperature Overall, this hotel is great. Value for money. We will sure come back again the next we visit Bangkok. Keep up the good work....
