Probably not

On the plus side the building very ornate and room size very large.Staff attentive but spoke little english.Downside breakfast only adequate.Had one meal in Coffee Shop ,starters very good but steaks tough. Would only give refund on one. Swimming pool ornate but not warm enough to swim.Hotel was not busy so lacked atmosphere. What there were seemed East European. Not that suitable for Westerners. This could be a great Hotel with more experienced staff with more english language
