An exceptional hotel. For $57 this is an unbelievable value. The Amari Atrium hotel staff provided the best service I have ever seen. Great amenities including a fully equipped fitness center and a roof-top hot tub overlooking the river canal. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of choices. It is a bit out of the way, but the taxis are very inexpensive. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the MRT station as well as to various points around Bangkok. The only negative thing is that I thought the mattress was a little bit too firm.

| "I travelled with 3 friends and we booked the room as a triple. When were arrived we were booked into a double room (2 single beds) and the 3rd bed yet to be set up. The room was too small to be a triple room so we complained. After quite a lot of disagreement from management they finally agreed, with no further cost to us, to put us in a bigger room. The room was good but the 3rd bed was still a bed that was temporary and was yet to be brought in. It intruded on the lounge area but we were happier. Our issue was that we specifically booked a TRIPLE room, not a double room with a roll in bed that prevented us walking around! " |
