| "They checked us into a room on the 6th floor, the room looked ok until when someone from the next few rooms came back to shower after midnight.
The noise from the high pressure pump was unbearable because the pump was somewhat situated near our toilet. so when someone take a shower in the next few rooms, it sounded like the water noise is just inside our room. This kept us awake the whole night.
They changed our room the next day to the 9th floor and the problem was solved.
The location of the hotel is good as it is just walking distance to all the big shopping complex and sky train.
Breakfast was ok and service was good too.

| "The staff took note of my birth date and presented a birthday cake with candles. Imagine my delight and surprise when I returned to my room after a day of shopping! My birthday celebration was complete with a wonderful dinner at the Good Earth restaurant. Service at this hotel was attentive and smiles were everywhre.
Only bugbear is the shower. If only the hotel had hand shower rather than the fixed shower.

| "I would say the hotel is best value for money! being opposite the Big C supermart, it is so convenient. Taxi drivers are familiar with the arnoma and we got no prob travelling to and fro the hotel to places. Good service!" |

| "The location is great as it is surrounded by shopping centres and lots of eateries and restaurants. The train station is about 7min walk away and you can travel to patpong or chatuchak market conveniently.
Breakfast was acceptable, not much variety. Have to wait for a table if there are too many guests.
The bellhops were the most friendly, almost smiling and eager to help. Not so for some of the front desk receptionists. Don't even smile serving us!
Room was ok for twin-sharing. We booked a triple room and after check-in, realised there is no space left for walking after adding the extra bed. We told housekeeping to remove it but still have to pay for the bed. One of us had to sleep on the sofa in the room. Room lighting was too dim. Windows were not cleaned, see patches of bird shit on them.
Would only stay here coz of the location and also it's the cheapest 4-star hotel in this area.
