| "The hotel is great for youngsters and apparently the hotel was quite popular with Japanese (there were a big group when we are there), definitely not for the fussy and those who are into luxury.
However, it scores good on the cleanliness of the room and the toilet.
Toilet is relatively small but still okie. The amenities are just on the essentials, and nothing too fancy.
The rooms are what you see in the pictures, but not as big as you may think by looking at the pictures, but there is fair amount of room for walking around.
Because of the colours of the wall, the room may be abit dark, but the lights are okie.
The bellboys are very friendly, they always make a point to help you open the front doors with a great smile and tries to give you the best directions.
When we were there, there were still renovations going on, the floors smells of fresh paint, but the renovations noise were to the minimum.
The hotel location is right behind Baiyoke Sky hotel, and is quite quiet in terms of noise level.
Is just a walk away from the Baiyoke Garment centre, where the front of the road will be a full night market during weekends. Further down from Baiyoke Garment centre is the Platinum Shopping Centre which 5-6floors of fully packed stalls all catering to the shopaholics.
The MTR is a stone throw away, about 10-15mins of walking.
Overall, it's great place to stay!!" |

| "stayed in Boutique Hotel for 2nights on my first time visit to BKK. the room's clean, neat & spacious! their customer service team were friendly and 24/7 at your service. the lady boss speaks very well english & chinese. feel free to ask her to write down places that u want to go in thai to show it to the taxi driver. she cooks breakfast for us while the cook's lazing around. there's a massage shop steps away form the hotel! there's a nearby 711 and not far from patunum centre! | "2 nights stayed at the hotel. Location is good, just few steps to Pratunam night market and many eating places around but far away from BTS station. My room was ok with basic facilities but had a stale smell. Bathroom condition can be improved. The hotel staffs were friendly, receptionist was able to speak English and very helpful. Not much selection for the breakfast. Overall is value for money. Good hotel for budget travelers." |

| "Stayed in the hotel for 4 days. We had a queen bedroom which we found was pretty and unique. Even though the hotel building was old, they renovated the hotel, changed the design of the rooms and lobby to give it a more younger look. The hotel room size was just right enough room for us to walk around.
The service in the hotel especially the bellboys is great. I feel that some of the staffs are not as experienced but this could be pardoned as the hotel is quite new, so let's not be a bitch about it. When i went over there, certain levels of the hotel was still under renovation so you could imagine how new the hotel is.
It also depends on your luck as my friend who stayed there twice has horrible experience on both time! her room was faulty and the front desk forgot to load all her luggage onto the cab which was bringing them to the airport.
It all depends on your luck. :)" |

| "This is my first time to BANGKOK with my 3 other friends. Wow! It's a great holiday! We really had a great time here during our 4-days trip. Nice people, tasty THAI food, great THAI massage, fantastic shopping... also not forget to mention - friendly, helpful and caring staff in the hotel, especially the bell boys...
We had a VERY BAD experience riding on the TUK TUK, which left us along the roadside restaurant without informing us. We were so blur that the TUK TUK uncle had dumped us in front of the 45mm-tall Standing Buddha temple for a visit and lunch at the restaurant (few walks from the Standing Buddha temple). After the lunch, we kept searching for the TUK TUK uncle at the same street by walking for 5 times! Unbelievable! We gave up in the end, got up to another TUK TUK back to the water boat station to go back to our Hotel as we were TOO TIRED to continue for the day's journey... VERY SAD & DISSAPPOINT WITH THE TUK TUK...
Though we had BAD IMPRESSION ON THE TUK TUK, we still enjoy our days in Bangkok! I can even meet up with my Thai friend in the city of Bangkok!
THANK YOU BANGKOK FOR GIVING US A WONDERFUL TRIP!
BANGKOK - A GREAT PLACE WITH HEAVEN OF SHOPPING, FOODS, NICE PLACES!
WE'LL SURELY COME AGAIN! " |

| "One of the best valued hotel that I had ever stayed in BKK. No complaint about the hotel and the staff services, totally splendid.
If you are first time to the hotel, do note that there are 3 Baiyoke in Pratumun area, Baiyoke Sky (tallest hotel), Baiyoke Suite and then the Baiyoke Boutique hotel (behind Bayoike Sky). Print out the map so that you can navigate around." |

| "Our stay in this hotel was enjoyable. The hotel staffs were all very friendly. Infact we was impressed by the service standard. The bell boy even rush to carry our hand luggage before we even enter the hotel. The reception staffs speak reasonably well too and thus, communication was never much of a problem, some of them even speak Japanese! Location wise is very good, central to everywhere we want to go. You can walk to platinum shopping centre or call a cab.
However, most taxi drivers won’t know this hotel; keep asking us whether we are going to Baiyoke 1 or 2, which in fact Baiyoke boutique is more like Baiyoke 3. I guess this hotel is still new to some driver. Actually it is just behind the car park of Baiyoke sky hotel. The toilet is not bad except for the cement wall. The wall give u a dirty feeling but actually the toilet is clean.
Overall the room is up to standard and yes!, very much valued for money. Nothing much i can ask for really.
Note: Baiyoke Boutique is not shown on map.. So it will be advisable to print out the location map on its website first. Tell the driver to go to Baiyoke sky hotel than direct him from there.

| "The service was very good. Esp the bellboys, who would run over when they see me carrying my luggage and make sure taxi fares are metered. Drinks are served during check-in, receptionist was able to speak English. The breakfast was average. Room was okay with basic facilities, a slight smell in the room and toilet looks old. Location was really good, pratunum is just a walk away. Free shuttle van to MBK, Siam Discovery... is also provided." |

| "although it is tucked in a little corner, behind baiyoke sky, Baiyoke Boutique is a chic and cheap stay for those on a budget. The service is good and the pple are friendly at all times, although the staff could be trained in better conversational english. i had a hard time telling a front desk officer what i wanted and she had to get another colleague to assist me.
the room is not as fantastic as i expected from the fron t office and lounge. however it was big. there is a musty smell in the room and the carpet is badly stained. i believed the management did not renovate the rooms at all. however, it was not a very big issue since the rates are significantly low. the bathroom is obviously old and should have been upgraded.
location wise, we are at the best area, reachably to all shopping districts by walking distance, tuk tuk and taxis. this made me happier each time i walked out to spend! :)
another good thing, the bellboys are a cheerful bunch and always smiling and are very happy to assist at all times. service with a smile really made my day. :)
do something about the breakfast menu and the quality. the food to be honest is the worst hotel food i ever had in bangkok! :(" |

| " It was certainly a very memorable trip for me and my companions. We were seven in all and we occupied three deluxe rooms. As we enter the trendy hotel lobby, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff and immediately attended to all our concerns. The rooms we booked were big with double sized beds covered by immaculately white linens. There were basic amenities as well. The daily buffet breakfasts were delicious, never mind if they serve the same food each day. The staff were truly nice except for one waiter who needs lessons on courtesy and politeness. The location is near all shopping areas which is easily accessible by just walking.
The 4 days 3 nights we spent at Baiyoke Boutique last March 27-30, 2008 will certainly be part of our beautiful memories in Bangkok. " |
