| "I was expecting a clean 4 star hotel. But the service and facilities provided reminded a 2 star hotel. Corridor to our room was full of rubbish and cleaner’s things. I didn’t enjoy my staying at this hotel. Old bathroom was dirty. Breakfast got few choices. The worst hotel for the price I have paid. My ratting of 1 as this is close to the station and bellboy was helpful" |

| "The hotel is 15 minutes walk to the BTS (sky train) station. This hotel is certainly not for senior as it is a three storey hotel with no lift. There is no facilities at all in the hotel.
The room my wife and I stayed is very nice and clean. The bathroom is impressive too. Breafast is extremely simple, with only choices of toast, eggs, sauage and fried rice." |

| "The Bangkok Boutique Hotel is ideally located. It is within walking distance to the MTR station Asok and the underground. It is equi-distant to the two major shopping centres in Bangkok - Emporium and Siam Paragon. The rooms are clean and well catered and the staff very friendly and efficient. The only criticism I would have of the hotel is the unimaginative breakfast selection, both Western and Thai." |

| "Very helpful staff in front desk, conceirge and housekeeping. Good location - accessible by MRT. Though in the busy district of Sukhumvit but this hotel is in a calm and relaxing spot. Internet access in the hotel is expensive. " |

| "I stayed at this hotel 2 different times. The first time I stayed (perhaps 2 years ago) the staff was very, very nice, which was why I decided to stay there again. This time I felt that the attitude of the staff was less welcoming and more resentful toward me, a single woman.
Perhaps this is a result of the economic conditions. Whatever the reason, I would not choose to stay here again. The room itself is OK but very dark. When the curtians were closed it was like being in a cave. I asked to have brighter bulbs put into the light fixtures but was told it could not be done. I could not leave the curtains open, even in the daytime; that was inviting "noises" and other minor harrassments.
No, I would not stay there again." |

| "The hotel was very nice indeed, with a cafe attached and a beauticians. The room (standard) was a little on the small side but that was made up for by the huge bathroom, the shower could have easily fit three people inside, it also came with a hairdryer and toiletries such as the usual you get free at a hotel. The view from the room was nothing to write home about, as one window was opposite a massive building and the other window was looking onto a small conservatory type thing. We did get 2 bottles of free water everyday and they also had a pretty huge tv on the wall, not that you intend to stay in and watch it. The staff are beyond friendly and will go out of their way to help you especially the concierge who made sure the taxi's didn't rip you off and would help you find anywhere you needed to go. The hotel also includes complimentary day trips which are very good and higly recommended as they include a thai tourguide who will tell you about the history of thailand. As a young backpacker (19) the location of this hotel wasn't great as it was quite far from all the main attractions which were about half an hour away. I would recommend young travellers to stay in Siam as it is closer to everything and appears to have a good night life. " |
