Hotel is located in a very convenience location, and due to the price we pay for shouldn't demand too much for their services and facilities, but at least for cleanliness. During the first morning when I went to the restaurant having my breakfast, half way eating, suddenly, I see small cockroaches running around on the table infront of me while I'm having my breakfast. One thing at least the Hotel should take note is the cleanliness and hygiene, not only for their guests, but also for themselves.

| "I really enjoyed staying in Bangkok City Inn for the location is perfect. It is near to all shopping centers and even to cheap cheap markets. It is just walking distance and they have available tour packages to avail if incase you dont know where to go. The food is great. For sure we will be staying again in this hotel. Keep up the good work guys." |

| "great location central to all the shopping and the street food stalls very near to pratunam and central world shopping malls this hotel is a gem in the middle of bangkok city centre would recomend this hotel,staff very attentive and always helpful the hotel food is of very high standard,buffet breakfast could be improved otherwise a very freindly hotel and yes coffee and tea facilities in room would be very nice well done to front desk staff you are the hotels best pride" |
