Staff are very friendly & helpful. Service is good. Old style room but it is ok. Shuttle bus schedule is not enough (only one time).

| "i had a great time at this hotel but the only problem was location very far from airport and shoping center but otherwise great value for money!
i highly recommend and will stay there again for romantic time with husband.

| " Great hotel for golf, excellent value for the money. Walk 100 meters from hotel to golf course, one of the better ones in Bangkok. 20-30 minutes from the city, close to airport. Golf course has a full 18 with range, also a par 3, I walked on without a reservation. Decent gym, breakfast OK, staff is very helpful with great attitude. Hotel not close to any night life or restaurants." |

| "We stayed in the The bangkok golf resort spa for one night only. So maybe this is not the best review but this is what we thought.
The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The room was ok but there was a slight smell of damp.
This is listed as being near the airport but beware this is about 30-40mins (in traffic) from Bangkok international airport. That was our main gripe with this hotel.
Other than that it is perfect for keen golfers!" |

| "Only stayed overnight and one day arived late evening left about 4pm the following day but managed to play 18 holes, golf course very good. Hotel slightly longer than the 20 minutes, probably half hour or more in traffic, from the airport. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful and although not used the spa appeared good although maybe a little expensive. Room was good but not quite as good as good as represented in the hotel web site. Only minor complaint the breakfast was a little limited and a number of items were not hot, otherwise very pleasant, excellent value for the price through AsiaRooms and certainly would stay again for a longer period. " |

| "When I arrived in my room, it wasn´t smoke free. But after a day or two it was really cleand. The room was a bit torned. The first thing I did was to let them remove the antique and not functioning TV-set and told them that I didn´t need a replacement since I did carry a LapTop and the hotels ad sayed that there would be a wifi-net. As it turned out there where no free wifi so I hade to pay some 4000 Bath in all during my stay - to be able to work. I can´t complein about that, since no one had told me otherwise.
I also needed better desk for work and they willingly and without extra charge took an extra wrightingdesk to the room. I had a small problem with one lock in one of my travelcases and got instant help with that. The londery was fast and perfect and all service prompt and correct. I really like that staf and also the members of the board or directors that I met.
I had hoped for some new beginner golftraining but never got a priceoffer for it. It was said in an info that the hotel offered some package with a couple of nights stay at the hotel and a few rounds of traing with a golf instructor. Since I allready stayed there I asked for a price exclusive of the room, but I never got an pricespecifikation. I actually asked at the clubhouse once, at the front desk of the hotel another time and also asked some of the directors two times. But they never got around to present an offer to me. I don´t think it was due to any neglectense. It only happend to be a lokal holiday and a que to the golf course and they probably just forgot to tell me that they had overbooked. I could watch from my window, the almost around clock activety on the course.
The golf course is an absolute wonder of gardening and landscaping. One of the caddy´s took me on a complete tour in a golfmobile.
I also must commend the restaurant´s staf. I´m diabetic and the the kept an eye on me so I didn´t get any unnecessairy sugar in food or drink.
In my work I allways have been traveling and I am used to some dificults and also well awere of the effect unfair guest´s complaint´s have. Therefore I think a lot, before leaving any critisism. In this case I only have commendation to all.
I´m also very satisfyed with your booking system and will return to you as customer.
