| "Banyan Tree is an excellent 5-star hotel with an absolutely high-class spa and a fascinating roof-top bar; the rooms are big, nicely equipped and service is exeeding expectations; we had no time to explore and make use of all facilities, but most likely, we will be back to this hotel next time; it is not cheap, but overall offers an acceptable price-value level;" |

| "Banyantree shows the great service to us.
From doormen to receptionist, everybody gave warm welcome to us.
Swimming pool at the 21th floor was great, but steam was not working when we were there. Vertigo shows the great view, but it was quite noisy with machines upthere. " |

| "Stayed at the Banyan Tree for 6 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We booked into a club room, which was very nice, and meant that we could check out of the room at 16:00 on our last day (we were not flying until midnight). There are numerous benefits to the club room, especially the use of the club lounge, were we enjoyed free drinks and canape's until our transfer to the airport.
Location is pretty good, only a five minute walk to the Lumphini metro station, and the Suan Luum night market. Only 10 minutes walk to the Sala Daeng BTS station, Silom Road and Lumphini park.
The hotel facilities are superb. You really could not leave the hotel if you did not want to. Though Bangkok is well worth seeing.
The restaurants are well worth visiting. Pier 59 was superb, and Vertigo is an experience in itself. Though we must state that the service in Vertigo was a little too quick for our liking and we felt a bit rushed (due to the popularity of it).
The Banyan Tree is a great hotel, though some people may find it a little expensive. It is possible to get a good meal from a restaurant outside of the hotel for the same price as a local beer in the Banyan Tree!!
Overall though very good and would recommend it." |

| "what to say: excellent hotel with the probably most exciting rooftop-bar in asia-pacific. very recommendable for all high-class-service oriented urban travellers, although the overall interior design is not really cutting edge..." |

| "A room with a view ! The suites at Banyan tree offer you a breathtaking view over Bangkok. I stayed on 47th floor and enjoyed the panorama - especially in the evening. To make it short, staff, room, service - everything was perfect - so I would definitely stay again..." |

| "The Banyan tree staff were amongst the friendliest and most courteous we have come across in any hotel, it was a true pleasure to say the least being treated like royalty there. The hotel location is great and nothing seems to far from there either. They have a very good gym and facilities at the hotel, the Spa is of a very good standard as well.
Only negative sides to the hotel are the rooms, they are dated in terms of decor and the beds are very hard. The bedroom was a little on the small side and there was less space for luggage than a normal room. The lounge was a good size but the decor was a tad depressing." |
