1st visit to Thailand wasn't sure what to expect in particular to accomodation, arrived into Bangkok at 1:00am in the morning as a result had pre arranged hotel vehicle. Was greeted at the airport by hotel staff and directed to where both vehicle and driver were waiting provided chilled water upon entry and cool air conditioning to quench the thirst and deal with Bangkok humidity, Excellent Driver !. Arrived at Hotel within 40 minutes was greeted by doorman, reception with excellent service all at 1:40am. Check in was prompt and pleasant provided a 36th floor deluxe room which was as per ASIA ROOMS booking can only describe as fantastic when considering room amenities, spaciousness, cleanliness, hotel information etc. Hotel is situated in the business district however ideal for night market shopping at both Patphong & Lumpini markets, you can either opt to walk or take a taxi for a very small cost. A short stroll to train station which can either lead you on a journey to discover the beautiful palace of the King of Thailand via ferry boat along the river or in the other direction you can continue shopping at the MBK Centre and surrounding centres. I frequently travel overseas and have been extremely pleased with the BANYAN TREE HOTEL its warm hospitality and ever so helpful staff. Look forward to many more returns and would recommend highly to anyone looking for a great hotel at a reasonable rate.!

| "The corridors to the rooms were poorly ventilated and did not provide a pleasant approach and departure from the room due to a musty odour. The room was a very good size and well equipped. Due to renovations the breakfast was shifted to another restaurant within the hotel and the breakfast service was split between different rooms. On one occasion as the breakfast area was full we were directed to the club lounge area on another level. Whilst the breakfast was adequate it doesnt match the quality of the Intercontinental in Bangkok where we have stayed before. The location is OK but not as well located as hotels closer to BTS stations" |

| "This was the second visit to the hotel. I cannot believe just how amazing it is. I booked two rooms for total of 5 guests and the hotel accomodated the three in one room with a roll-away bed.
I had deluxe club rooms which included too much to add here but suffice to say that although I have travelled to and lived in many countries in the world, the BANYAN TREE in Bangkok is the best in the world of those I have visited and there are many 5 to 7 star hotels among them.
For rooms, ammenities, attention to detail,restaurants,meals, services. (I had been un well and some flowers and a Get well card was delivered to my room and the Manager called several times to see If there was anything they could bring me) THE STAFF WERE SO SO NICE, THE THAI PEOPLE ARE JUST WONDERFUL.
AMAZING! FABULOUS! OUTSTANDING!
