The service at Banyan Tree is absolutely fantastic and they anticipate your every need with quality tolietries in the room. Breakfast was certainly an affair to look forward to as they have wide variety and taste very good too. However, the reason why I will probably not stay there again is because I personally do not find it a value for money. The suite is very small, hardly any place to comfortably move around after placing your luggages. Most importantly, the location is way off sky train stations and major shopping centres. Its in the middle of business district and probably the only shopping area would be suan lum nite market but its a good 20mins walk.

| "The corridors to the rooms were poorly ventilated and did not provide a pleasant approach and departure from the room due to a musty odour. The room was a very good size and well equipped. Due to renovations the breakfast was shifted to another restaurant within the hotel and the breakfast service was split between different rooms. On one occasion as the breakfast area was full we were directed to the club lounge area on another level. Whilst the breakfast was adequate it doesnt match the quality of the Intercontinental in Bangkok where we have stayed before. The location is OK but not as well located as hotels closer to BTS stations" |

| "This was the second visit to the hotel. I cannot believe just how amazing it is. I booked two rooms for total of 5 guests and the hotel accomodated the three in one room with a roll-away bed.
I had deluxe club rooms which included too much to add here but suffice to say that although I have travelled to and lived in many countries in the world, the BANYAN TREE in Bangkok is the best in the world of those I have visited and there are many 5 to 7 star hotels among them.
For rooms, ammenities, attention to detail,restaurants,meals, services. (I had been un well and some flowers and a Get well card was delivered to my room and the Manager called several times to see If there was anything they could bring me) THE STAFF WERE SO SO NICE, THE THAI PEOPLE ARE JUST WONDERFUL.
AMAZING! FABULOUS! OUTSTANDING!
Thankyou all so much, Erin Honeman and family." |

| "Superb Service, nice staff, one oft the best SPA's i have ever seen, very good restaurants - these are the positives;
Room Furniture is getting old, AirCon is noisy and there was a lot of noise due to the undergoing renovation-works during my stay - which have not been published before;
Overall ist is a very good hotel and could be one of my " |
