Located not so far away from Phanthip Plaza or PratuuNaam, however since the hotel was located deep inside a Soi 15, it's a bit hard to get there if you carry alots of bags (and when you check out as well).
The room itself is clean and nothing wrong it, pleasant to stay, if you don't mind the locals yelling and passing train horning sometimes at the backyard.
The staffs are very friendly and kind.
I recommend this hotel to budget travellers or backpackers, or those who travel alone or two just staying in Bangkok for a day or so.

| "Suitable for budget travelers. Value for money.(breakfast included) The Location of the Hotel are a bit out from Pratunam market and all the way back to the Hotel at night was a bit dark. Room are clean, bathroom was OK, but the breakfast time is from 730am - 930am, closed a bit early from those Hotels I stayed before. " |

| "Best Bangkok House Hotel has recently refurbished all their room so it looks a bit modernised with a hint of Thai influence. Check out their latest gallery on their official website. The room is small but clean and it is reasonable and good standard for what you pay for, good basic breakfast, very friendly helpful staff especially for the excellent location it is very close to all major shopping area within Pratunam area ie. Central Festival, Siam Square, MBK 5-10 min walk to BTS train. To my opinion, this hotel is very good value for budget traveller but would not recommended for honey mooner and elderly folks or single female travellers.
The only minus point for this hotel is that some rooms are on the side of the railway tracks so it might be quite noisy. For us, it’s only 2 nights stay so overall me and my husband enjoyed our stay here.
