We stayed at Buddy Lodge for three nights and being on the 6th floor it was very quiet away from the street noise. The location was good as you were able to get around fairly easily espiecally by public transport (river transport and connecting sky train, buses).
However Buddy Lodge did seem like it was overdue for a paint or even just a good clean. The blankets on our bed seemed way way overdue for a wash and on the third night something kept biting me whilst in bed. The sheets were also very thin and well used and over the three nights some tore during the night.
The shower rose did not work very well I could of asked them to fix it but didn't bother, but showering wasn't a pleasant experience.
Probably would not stay there again.

| "- The roof top pool is a nice touch, especially if you have been out walking around the city all day
- The breakfast included is at the adjacent restaurant and is very generous
- It can be quite noisy at night...even though Buddy Lodge is quiet, the hotel is situated in the heart of Khoa San road and there is a lot of noise from the street at pubs" |

| "Very nice hotel at an excellent location. Walking distance to Grand palace and Wat Po, and also to Wat Indrawihan. Excellent restaurant, nice swimming pool and very nice atmosphere. We stayed four nights with our three children. They enjoyed Khao San road very much. Good value for money!" |

| "Hotel is great. There is a travel agent right across the entry of the hotel, which arranges the bus from/to the airport. We waited at 06:00 for 45 minutes but the bus never came, so we had to take a taxi. This was not great, but the hotel itself was good." |
