| "I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The hotel location is very good. And it's easy to call a taxi(by meter). The breakfast is also good. Totally it is worth the money I paid. " |

| "Diamond City hotel was ideally located as it was a short walk to public transport and shopping centers, the staff were helpful and friendly at all times, would recommend this hotel for people just staying in Bangkok for a couple of nights for shopping, will be a better hotel when renovations are complete" |

| "The lobby area was very nice and the room interior as expected for that price but I was very dissapointed to find that there was no window in the room I got.
I think Asia Hotel is better value for the money." |

| "I stayed only 1 night. The person at the front desk was very smiling and helpful. Small room, no window which is frustrating. But good value for money. Very close from the MBK, Jim Thompson house. Late check out is charged 100THB/extra hour." |

| "I am afraid the location was not as good as it says on their website. It is in one of the smelliest backstreets of Bangkok. The service was absolutely appalling. First of all, they couldn't take instructions due to their poor English. Secondly, they tried to give us a standard room when we paid for a delux room. Last but not the least, the room was not clean. If I were you I would definitely avoid this one. " |

| "I arrived the hotel in middle night.I booked the Deluxe triple room 2 nights but it only provided the stand room with adding bed. There weren't any explanation until I complained them that I didn't get reasonable service as my paying on next day. The location isnot near Asia hotel and need 5-10 minutes by walk .It is still good for the first visitor. The breakfast is ok.The hotel is small and I don't think it is 3 star hotel." |

| "only one of the counter staff (usually on day shift) was helpful & the old lady serving food for room service was sincere & polite. the rooms had a weird smell but luckily bedsheets were relatively clean. dead cockroach in bathtub. location of hotel was really quite bad. it isn't just behind asia hotel as all of us were made to believe. overall, the hotel is liveable for budget travellers only, however budget lodgings in khaosan would be more value for money for budget travellers." |

| "Diamond City hotel locates 10 mins from the nearby BTS station, near Asia hotel which is well known by taxi driver. The service provided by front desk is excellent. The staff is very helpful in teaching you how to go anywhere with patience. However, the breakfast is simple and few choice. Also, the room is small even it's deluxe but still acceptable for budget traveller." |
