| "There was a mix up with the room, however this was sorted out the next day. The staff were very helpful, especially the restuarant staff. I would recommend paying a little extra to upgrade your room, and this is comparitive to a 3 class hotel in NZ. Within walking distance of malls, cinemas, night(street) market." |

| ""We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The position was ideal. The only thing is the menu in the breakfast for 5 days is the same all the time. We will be pleased to stay again and would recommend it to friends. "" |

| "I had a bad time staying in this hotel.
It's my first time and its so ridiculous that the hotel went blackout on the 3rd June 2008, 10.00pm - 1.00am.
I have an exhibition opening on the next day and I have to stay at the lobby with other guests with no choice climbing up the stairs to 11th floor to my room. I am quite dissappointed with this hotel offered at this price of USD 49.00. There are so many mosquitoes at the lobby area.
During my checkout period, I even asked for a rebate/compensation on my hotel room but what they tell me is NO.
The hotel location is too crowded with students and it's not really convenient to go to the city. You will need to pay 100 Baht ++ to reach City Area." |

| "there are things i could mention to help u improve on your sevice standard but i think you should hire an independent consultant to do an imprompted check on your front desk and dinning staff service standard to get a feel of how well or poorly they are actually performing.
but i do like to mention this though. i have been travelling for years for business and for pleasure but i have never came across a hotel that charges their guest for a fee (50Bahts) for borrowing a dinning plate. worse yet, after the (i guess he must be the one in-charge that night) supervisor refused to lend me his dinning plate as I requested, he demanded that i give him 50 bahts or no plate. of course, no normal human being would oblige to such a request so i refused to give him 50 bahts and said that it is ok i do not want the plate anymore. moreover, while this was taking place, 2 dinning staff stood near by were actually giggled over the whole incident and making me feel so embarassed.
anyway, the money is mine so i will take it and use it where it is appreciated with sincerity.
good luck!" |

| "The service was good, but a bit far away from the city centre but the taxis were about 130 baht to town so it was allright. The sauna was not working ,the pool area was ok.get taxi from airport as the limosine service rips you off.Breakfast was good a variety of meals.Plenty of shops in the area and night markets with great food.English of staff limited but were very helpful." |

| "Great value hotel if you want to stay in that area
good rooms in a quite area with good public transport services but plan on at least 20mins boat ride to get to pratanam,30-40 mins bus to croc farm and muang boran anceint city and fish market
not a great location to see the main tourist sites in bkk but if you want to stay in the area, its great
please note that you only get free breakfast with nights booked on asia rooms and not if you walk-in(costs 200 B)
LOTS OF SHOPPING NEARBY

| "Helpful, friendly staff.I missed some ham or cheese with the breakfast. The hotel is situated at a canal,
which smell is not pleasant, so to sit in the garden is not directly advisable, but you can have a relaxed moment at the swinmming pool.at the frontside. But I would stay here again. " |

| "Overall, a good 3-star-hotel with all the features you may need for a comfortable stay in this eastern part of Bangkok. Fast and efficient room service. Extensive breakfast buffet with choices of western and asian food. Though a litte bit far from the main tourist areas but close to the famous Ramkhamhaeng and ABAC Universities. Several huge department stores and supermarkets within walking distance.
To the Sukhumvit area or Siam Center, take the a/c bus No.501 for less than 20 Baht.
