| "Hotel is very nicely furnished, with a fresh, modern feel to it. Lobby area has floor to ceiling windows allowing a lot of natural light which is very refreshing. Main issue I had was that BTS stations are NOT within walking distance as I was led to bellieve by the maps. Nearest shopping area is Indra/Pratunam which is almost 10 minutes walk away (along alleys). There are no issues getting a cab at anytime though, but with the ridiculous traffic in Bangkok I'd rather take the train more. Do remember to take a hotel card with you when you leave as taxi drivers have a problem locating hotels via addresses. Or you could just ask them to send you to Bangkok Palace Hotel which is very nearby and most cabbies know where that is. There's a massage place just accross the street, which provides so-so service at 250THB. An alternative which I chose was to walk towards the shops across from Pratunam, where competition is high, so service is better and prices are at 170THB for an hr Thai/foot massage. Rooms in the hotel are great, with clean white sheets in stead of those paisley, multi coloured flower prints. O ya!! One great place to have a romantic dinner is at Attica, on the 23rd floor of the hotel. Nice view of the city, great service, great food. Main courses go for about 350THB and cocktails under 200THB, which is my extremely cheap alternative to the other popular sky lounges in those expensive hotels. It is under publicised outside of the hotel, so has an extremely private and exclusive feel to it. Breakfast served at the hotel is also really good, with a good variety. Staff are always friendly and willing to serve. Overall, a really nice hotel which I wouldn't mind returning to. I only wished it had a sky train to the city." |

| "Hotel is newly renovated and room is quite spacious. Breakfast is good and staff is quite friendly. However tooth brush is not provided by the hotel and is charged at Baht 50 for one.
Apart from inconvenient location and non-supply of tooth brush, Eastin is a good hotel to stay for its overall satisfactory service and facilities." |

| "The stay at this hotel is very pleasant. Breakfast spread is good. The only problem is that this hotel is not near to any mall or eateries." |

| "My hubby & our friends had enjoyed our stay at Eastin & Spa Bangkok Hotel. On our arrival, we met the friendly & helpful front desk staff (I think his name is Thitin & emploment no. is 1913 or 1613). He lead us to the hotel lobby for a welcome drink while he processed our check in. When we asked for direction on a map, he even guided us. The room was clean except the bathroom mirror was not clean as I think the previous guest had use finger to draft out some wordings on the mirror. I saw the wordings because of the steam when I stepped out of a good hot bath. It was a bit eerie though. And the service staffs will greet us with a smile which made the stay wonderful. I think they got a very nice couple room in their spa too." |

| "The hotel is newly renovated with a nice lounge and coffee house. The room is newly furnished with a flat screen tv hanging from the top. The hotel is near to the pratunam area but far away from the main skytrain stations, so the hotel is only suitable if you intend to travel by taxi. The room that we have chosen is kind of small but for the price that we are paying, it is absolutely value for money. " |

| "Thanks to the hotel .
1st night - free room upgrade but only twin bed is available . This not idea for couple.
2nd & 3 rd night -change to double bed and free room upgrade, very good.
Observe that my room view is good although face the expressway. But the other side rows of rooms face roof top and chimney , no good sight.
Staff very courteous and helpful.
