| "I was attending an exhibition show at IMPACT and it is only 5mins away if travel by taxi and 15mins by walk, very convenient. It also arranges free transport to & fro the exhibition hall which is very good. The counter staffs there were extremely helpful especially Ms Wanee whom had assisted me all the way right before i arrive at the hotel. It was a very nice view from the balcony facing a lake & the breakfast was very tasty. The counter staffs commence English well and there is no problem with communications and enquiries at all if you can't speak Thai. Great stay there. " |

| "Firstly, for those English speaking clients, no one on the staff speaks English. Trying to call to ask questions for instance re airport transfers prior to arrival is impossible. Rude receptionsist hangs up when she can't understand you.
Nice rooms but overpriced compared to what is available, closer to the airport. Airport transfers are not free - K800 bahts quoted for pick up from airport - even non metred taxi is only 200 Bhts.
Free breakfast but more in line with Asian tastes rather than Western style meals.
Hotel is far from airport - took about 20 mins late at night.
Overpriced and lacking in Western style services. For a hotel catering for overseas visitors, poor rating overall." |

| "door to balcony was broken, had to repair. Carpets durty and old furnitures. Nice hotel from outside and could be excellent if deaply refurbished. Will not go again." |
