Swimming pool was fine, but hard to get out, no steps or side bar helper....could use some cleaning maintenance to area of pool.

| "I enjoyed my stay at Ebina House and the morning buffet for two days. Thank you very much. I was looking for a travel agent to purchase a flight ticket from BKK to Chiangmai and couldn't find one. It would be nice if your lobby could provide that service or that kind of information for travelers.
The location is very convenient but not for the new airport. Too far away now. Sorry" |

| "This is a great hotel if you just want a bed before getting on another flight. Very friendly staff, quick and efficient. We arrived late at night and check in was a breeze. We were upgraded to a suite. It wasn't luxury but then again we only needed a bed and a clean shower. The room was clean. Free shuttle to the airport in the morning was much appreciated. The shuttle leaves every hour to the airport (it might have changed now with Suvarnabhumi airport).
Quick check out. They even gave us a breakfast pack to take with us to the airport. If you are looking for luxury, go somewhere else. For a night, it is a great place.
For the price you pay this is a good hotel. Did not check any of the facilities out." |

| "We stayed at Ebina as a transit stop. We arrived in Bangkok late and left the next afternoon, so all we were looking for was a clean bed and shower, Ebina provided both. Our room included buffet breakfast, but the quality of the food was poor, we just ate the fruit.
Their complementary transfer to the airport saved us some money.
We do recommend Ebina if all you want is to get some rest through transit." |

| "I arrived very late and the free transfer van was waiting....it's just 10 minutes to the hotel from the airport. Wonderful service! There was an excellent buffet breakfast, and the airport transfer was smooth again.
I always stay at Ebina House when I'm tooing and froing from Bangkok....it's very close to the airport and the price is reasonable." |
