We stay in Elizabeth for 2 nights. very happy with the location because our main purpose was to visit the weekend market. getting a taxi is very easy and it cost around 40 bath to get to the market one way. The breakfast can be improved because we were getting the same stuff every morning.

| "We had 12 person stayed at Elizabeth Hotel on May 25 '2007 for 1 night only. The hotel is quite deep in and have to walk to the main road to fetch a cab.We choose this hotel because it is quite near to Chatuchak weekend Market. The hotel lobby and reception counter is quite shabby and old-furnished ~ really need some renovation to upgrade the outlook for the hotel. The front counter staff are not friendly at all or sometimes is unpolite to the customers. We booked the hotel through internet for triple room but when we reached the rooms, the extra bed for all 4 rooms were not set up in advance. Thus, the housekeeping staff told us they need 10 min to set up the extra bed but took more than half an hour to finish it. All the rooms are small and very olden style, it seemed too old as 60-70 years ago. The room needs to be refurbished, decor old and tatty. The breakfast is too simple and it is very minimum choices. We will consider other hotel the next time we travel to Bangkok." |
