| "I must say I like this hotel because I have stayed there many times and it is also near to my H.O. along Vidabahi Rangsit Road.Overall, The rooms are reasonably big and clean and near to many shopping centres and eateries. I will give my score of 4 out of 5 for the overall assessment of Emerald Hotel. If I should visit BKK again I will definitely stay at Emerald Hotel again. The only inconvenience during my recent stay is because they have given me a twin-bedded floor on the 09th floor and is a connecting room and I could hear door closing whenever the occupants are back. The latch on my side is quite loose and seems to drop off soon." |

| "I Have stayed in this hotel 3 times now, with atleast 9 work partners, most recently with my wife.
We went to the gym on the day we checked out, for a shower before our 1am flight. I took a shower, my wife used the Jacuzzi.. i was disgusted that the staff in the gym made such a drama over the fact my wife used the Jacuzzi.. The lady constantly check when my wife would leave the Jacuzzi.. and Male staff also said you wife was supposed to have a shower, and no use the Jacuzzi. I said to him you should be embarassed even to complain to a guest who has stayed in the Emerald 3 times over a 10 minute use of Jacuzzi. You shold be Embarassed and use common sense. Personally if i were your manager i would fire you ! To treat guest like criminals. Shame to you, and because of the the two members of staff in the gym thats how I will rembember the Emerald.
Apply some common sense. Learn how to treat guest.
Otherwise its a good hotel. Fire those two.. who cause an embarassment to your hotel. To be clear not the young lady with the braces. You know who you are..
Shocking behaviour ! " |

| "I have stayed here a number of times and like the hotel. This past trip, I was in a room that did not have a working key card and had to look for a maid to get in my room each time I left. This was iconvenient as I was in and out of the room a number of times. Except for that, I like the hotel and would probably stay again." |

| "I stayed at this hotel the 2nd time. The front wing is older and the back wing is more new. They have nice lobby, so if you have Customers or someone picking you up. This is a pretty good choice.
I actually have good impression with this hotel.
But not until when I left my clothes in the hotel and request to pick it up the next day as I have already check out. I was told that there's isn't any clothes at all. This just prove that the housekeeping is not honest.
To make it worst, when I check out on the last day. while waiting for the lift, every unit is full of passengers. When we press for it. the lift don't even stop at our floor when it's empty;it's just went up to the 14th floor to fetch more people down to the 3rd floor. I think they are having a function booked by outsider. But this is ridiculous cause there is this Manager who keep pressing the empty lift to go right up to 14th floor to fetch more passengers. How about other guests who is staying at their hotel? Don't they have the privilege to use it too?
Quite disappointed for a 4 stars hotel.

| "The hotel is reasonable and clean, it was a good stay. The stay could have been better if the hotel didn't scare me with charging 200 baht to use each pair of slipper provided in the room. The TV set is placed a bit too high for your viewing comfort. " |

| "Stayed here for 2 nights. Lots of guests. Crowded breakfast but food enough for all. Breakfast was o.k. Room size good but a bit stuffy. Toilet do not have bidet spayer near toilet bowl. Eachtime the lifts reached the destination, it will make "ding dong" sound which is quite lowd and annoying at night. Sound proofing in room is not good, can actually hear people talking in the next room. Could not extend check out after 1 p.m. like Palazzo Hotel(near by). Overall quite o.k. No major complaints." |

| "This hotel is good value for money. It is very well located 5 minutes on foot from the Huay Kwang subway station on Rachadapisek Rd. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is curteous. Gym and pool are small. " |
