The first room we got no towels, the bathtub looked dirty and the bed was infested by bedbugs. Got up in the middle of the night and changed the room, service was quite prompt when changing the room. But the second room got no hairdryer, requested from room service, they said ran out. Then second night at second room, again we were bitten by bedbugs. The day when we checked out of the hotel, told the counter staffs, they simply ignored our remarks and continued working. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

| "I felt satisfied to stay in this hotel as the location is good,even it is not locate nearby the BTS,but we can use walk to complex which is nearby the area as well.It takes me 20min walk to Central World and 5-10min to Platinum.Besides this,there have massage shops along the hotel as well.The hotel room is ok for me,as it won't looks so worse as those people give the comment at here,maybe I'm staying at tower wings,which is the new wings so it's ok,not bed bugs at all!I will consider to stay at this hotel again as it's convenience for me." |

| "My friends and me stayed for 3 days.. 6 through 9 June 2008 in room 604 and 605.Many bed bugs in our rooms.My friends moved to room 714 and still many bed bugs.
When I called receptionist to inform bed bugs in room 605 no respon.
After stay in First Hotel we move to Pattaya and the bed bugs also go to Pattaya.
My friends went to the doctor in Jakarta because her shoulder and back injured due to the bed bugs.
The hotel location and the rooms size its very good, breakfast for muslim its also very good.. but bed bugs no good..itchy bites on our body.....Bed bug is a serious issue and First must take cautious and immediate action to eradicate them...
The last ...thank you very much for Asiarooms.. the staff give us much attention to our hotel reservation in Bangkok.
