| "First of all,
Unlike the comments that stated,it was a challenge to search this hotel, as they are located at a dark alley that not easy to spot.Do not expect a wonderful view from your room, as this is impossible. What i had was a roof top, that was so amazing!
Seriously, you can choose to have your meals out of the hotel, as based on what they had served, you can get better foods and in cheap value along the streets, tastes even better!
But, those are small matters,What annoyed me most, was the attitude and services that provided by the front desk, was really terrible! Not attentive, not helpful, not the least you can expect.

| "Overall my stay was good (in terms of location), except that the reception staff does'nt seem to speak English well. They seems to have difficulty in expressing themselves or even understand what we actually mean. We have to repeat ourselves.
There is no proper system for morning calls, it was done manually! Think they should upgrade on this. There is only 1 powerpoint in the room and have to borrow extension cord. There is no boiling flask in the room too.
The breakfast was ok, but can see tiny roaches running around on the table and drinks area! They should increase their cleaniness. The cups (for coffee/tea) were badly stained, should replaced with new ones!
Thanks!" |

| "1- no power point plug, cannot charge mobile phone/laptop/ shaver.etc
2- complimentary water were not given daily, we are charged for room daily, but the service is not consistent.
3- toiletries are not top up daily. it would be bad for travellers whom do not bring their personal toiletries.
however i would like to compliment the staff, as they extend their warm services to me,as of eg.asking for directions etc. plus it would always end with a smile. it makes customers happy, keep up the good work!

| "The plus factor of the hotel is its location, only walking distance to shopping areas. The room that we got is not very well maintain, room is not well lighted and has a strong odor that is not pleasant to the nose. The electrical switch box in our room produced scary sound whenever we put on the lights and airconditioning unit. Food served at breakfast is ok and the hotel staffs are friendly. " |
