The overall experience at the hotel was more than adequate for my needs. The staff was friendly and were helpful when needed. I would suggest that they look and adding a little more variety to the morning breakfast since the same thing is there every day.

| "The hotel's good but the thing is that their early check-in time is at 6 AM so if you arrive at 1 AM you still have to pay for extra which costs a whole night!!! And most of their bellboys are short-tempered..." |

| "First House is a budget hotel and given the amount I paid, I think it exceeded my expectations (breakfast included and spacious room). Although the bathroom was a bit too small and the room/hotel had a smell to it. But the location was perfect and it was just what we needed. Besides, we were out the whole day, why spend so much for a room that we would hardly use? The staff were quite friendly but on our last day, when I had requested for a bell boy to pick up our bags from the room, no one came. When I went down to the lobby, the bell boy wasn't doing anything and the cart was available. " |

| "I have been to Bangkok 3 times and once a year since year 2006. My last trip to Bangkok was August 2008. First House Hotel gave me a very good impression and also services. Absolutely I will stay at this hotel again. " |

| "The hotel location is in a small land with not much lighting during night time, location is near city. Able to walk to Siam paragon by 30mins. The room itself is quite old and with the carpet is quite dirty as well. Aircon is noisy which disturb the sleep at night. Overall this hotel is more for super budget travellers. " |
