| "Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.Beim einchecken waren die gebuchten 2 Zimmer mit Verbindungstür nicht verfügbar und wir bekamen ohne jegliches Problem eine wunderschöne Suite für 4 Nächte." |

| "Very nice restaurants especially the one on the top floor. Extremely good service. Even though the location is not exactly perfect it is still cheap to take a cab wherever one wants to go. My children (12 and 15) enjoyed the hotel a lot.

| "The bell man is Okay. The service is good. The location is close to the Chinatown, and other places like grand palace. The room is quiet even though facing the street. But the view through the window is not good. You can taste a lot of delicious seafood there (find the right restaurant, or you will be regretful). " |

| "We have stayed four times at this hotel and still generally satisfied however feel that over the period of visitations that tariff has now reached or exceeded it's value peak.
Whilst there is little to complain about feel that there is somewhat better value to be had in Bangkok. Such observations should not stop any potential customer to find out for themselves particulary if you wish to be in Chinatown. The fact that taxi's are so reasonable makes the location accessible to all areas of Bangkok.
Finally we found the staff still to be friendly and courteous with most able to understand and converse in English....a big plus. " |

| "We really enjoyed our first stay, that's why we decided to stay here for the second time.
Everything was great. Great location, English speaking staff, etc.
What we didn't like about the service was the following:
We arrived with 2 large bags from the airport by cab, and one of the people from the hotel already took our bags and stood there waiting for us at a 2 meter distance. We were clearly having problems with our cab driver, who tried to rip us off. Instead of helping us, the hotel guy stood there watching the scene with a smile on his face. " |
