Fantastic hotel, staff friendly and helpful, room has everything you could want (main building).
Good location, reasonably priced, will always try to stay here when in Bangkok.

| "My husband and I sayed at this hotel twice. 4 days in beginning of November, and again 4 days 10 days later. At our first stay we had booked a Regency Suite, but were upgraded to a Royal Suite as the hotel was fully booked. The suite was spacious, although a little dark with all the dark furniture and the bedroom was a bit small, but overall very nice. The suite was in Tower 2. Second time around we stayed in Tower 1 in a Regency Suite. This suite is considerably bigger than the Royal Suite and for less money, and it was very light, but the furnitures are in desperate need of a new coat of paint. Staff is very friendly. However as a 4- star hotel I think it would be nice if they had a policy of not allowing guests to bring female visitors to their room. Breakfast was OK. The location is good, just a short walk from the main road Sukhumvit and the Nana station. There are several good restaurants very near by ." |

| "Hotel was ok,staff really helpful, only thing that put me off was when we got to our room the bedding was damp and although it was a non smoking room you could still smell it.
May be worth paying that little bit extra than to stay in the opal suites.
Good location though and close to the nana skytrain station." |

| "The Grand president comprises three towers. I was located in the third of these, across the road from the first two. In fact everything about Tower Three suggests that it was never intended to be part of the main hotel. My remarks therefore apply solely to Tower Three.
On entering the building, the first impression was that the reception area was attractive and I assumed that my room would reflect the same relative comfort and design. Moments later I was disenchanted of this view when I stepped into a dingey room. The amount of natural light was limited to two very small windows and when the blinds were open my only view was the wall - decked with black algae - of the building next door. I complained and the duty manager volunteered to move me immediately (++ point), but why was I embarrassed in this way in the first place? Breakfast in Tower One was well organised and good." |

| "Overall is good. However, shower pressher of bathroom is quite weak. Breakfast is OK. Swiming pool is little bit small, but enough for a few people. One thing, short stay guest usually stay at tower3, so swiming pool located in tower2 is inconvenient. " |
