| "No problems staying at this wonderfull hotel, everything perfect, breakfasts very good, only gripe was no seperate shower in bathroom, [silver room] although we were aware of this at time of booking. Staff all friendly and efficent, I even managed to negotiate a later check out time at no cost. minutes from skytrain if you are walking and 7-11 store only yards away, set back from Sukhumvit Road but no problems walking back late at night. free hotel tuk tuk if you dont want to walk, pool good but water slightly cold [but refreshing] The hotel is fine I would recomend it." |

| "I didn't stay in the room/hotel long enough to make comments but the staff were lovely.
I would say for people departing before breakfast opens to give them options for the take-away food. Not all of us like a greasy ton of bacon and egs on a bagel. Should offer takeaway coffee as well at 5.30am we need it!
Otherwise flawless rooms.
Good value

| "I stayed in 3 different hotels in bangkok. grand sukhmvit sofitel has to be the best without any doubt from rembrandt and dream it is also the most expensive out of 3 so much worth it, also we loved our stay here everything was so close to perfect perfect location beautiful decor rooms. it crossed my expectation this was 4 th trip to bangkok and this is the place i am going to stay the 5 time. the staff hospitality was commendable. if you are ready to spend don't think twice this is the best you can get out of your money. | "Nice clean spacious rooms. Location close to transport (trains) but in a back street which is easily accesible. Breakfast is fantastic and staff very accomodating. Really good value for such a nice hotel." |

| "We had requested early check-in at 7, didn't get a reply, and weren't allowed unless we paid for a whole day extra. Never experienced this in any hotel in Bangkok before, and we have been staying at hotels in Bangkok 10-12 times every year." |

| "We booked a diamond room and were surprised at the huge size of it. There were two rooms (bedroom and living room). Living room has a small area for kitchen but unfortunately no utensils! Not a issue though. Location is truly fantastic. Away from the busy Sukhumvit road but close enough (2 minutes walking) to the Nana BTS station. They also have a Tuk Tuk service to the BTS station. Close to all amenities and shopping centers. Breakfast spread was huge and delicious." |
