My wife, myself and two children stayed at the Grand Sukhumvit twice over the past two weeks and we were not expecting too much, however we were pleasantly surprised by the great service and friendly professional atmosphere. The restaurant always provided fantastic food and value and we received probably the best service of ANY restaurant ANYWHERE EVER, I mean it !!!! The only cons were internet at 165bht per 15mins and the location is a little seedy, however there are a couple of internet cafes within a hundred meters or so, there's always plenty of cabs waiting and your only a couple hundred meters away from Nana central and skytrain station. Would I stay here again ????? in a heartbeat !!!!! Thanks GSbyS for a wonderful holiday see u again next year.

| "No problems staying at this wonderfull hotel, everything perfect, breakfasts very good, only gripe was no seperate shower in bathroom, [silver room] although we were aware of this at time of booking. Staff all friendly and efficent, I even managed to negotiate a later check out time at no cost. minutes from skytrain if you are walking and 7-11 store only yards away, set back from Sukhumvit Road but no problems walking back late at night. free hotel tuk tuk if you dont want to walk, pool good but water slightly cold [but refreshing] The hotel is fine I would recomend it." |
