I was very satisfied with my stay. The staf was very polite and hepful. Breakfast was very good. We had room service and the food was excelent, much better than we expected. It was our first stay at this hotel, and we will use it again next time we are going to Bangkok. We use to stay at Rembrandt which also is a 4 star hotel, but we were not satisfied with the service last time, so we wanted to try another hotel.

| "No problems staying at this wonderfull hotel, everything perfect, breakfasts very good, only gripe was no seperate shower in bathroom, [silver room] although we were aware of this at time of booking. Staff all friendly and efficent, I even managed to negotiate a later check out time at no cost. minutes from skytrain if you are walking and 7-11 store only yards away, set back from Sukhumvit Road but no problems walking back late at night. free hotel tuk tuk if you dont want to walk, pool good but water slightly cold [but refreshing] The hotel is fine I would recomend it." |
