the hotel was excellent from check in to check out. staff friendly and professional,services efficient and food excellent (i would recommend the lunch buffet,great sellection)and having travelled widely i noticed that the attention to detail in all things was a mark of pride from manager and all staff.

| "No problems staying at this wonderfull hotel, everything perfect, breakfasts very good, only gripe was no seperate shower in bathroom, [silver room] although we were aware of this at time of booking. Staff all friendly and efficent, I even managed to negotiate a later check out time at no cost. minutes from skytrain if you are walking and 7-11 store only yards away, set back from Sukhumvit Road but no problems walking back late at night. free hotel tuk tuk if you dont want to walk, pool good but water slightly cold [but refreshing] The hotel is fine I would recomend it." |
